Hemp is exploding into the marketplace for two clear reasons. First, its value as a raw material. Hemp is a vigorous plant and easy to grow.
Today, more than 25,000 products are available made from hemp; such as building materials, paper, clothing, animal bedding, industrial lubricants, (made from the seeds), and even ice cream and vegan protein.
The second reason hemp seems to be everywhere – in the form of CBD – is because it is. This oil from the hemp plant is becoming widely accepted as a natural remedy for pain and anxiety. It’s just a crazy world we live in. We work hard, play hard, get aches and pains in our bodies and then there’s all that information coming at us 24/7.
We are getting stressed routinely in today’s busy world. That “fight or flight” fear messaging is traveling cell-to-cell through our body. The issues of pain relief and the calming of anxiety symptoms are at the top of the list of benefits reported with CBD use.
